Service Announcements
Service Announcements are more like an ad hoc announcement. You can say any Service announcement using the HUD.
Based on the selected voice you will be able to select early saved announcements.
If no voice is selected the culture neutral file will be used to save the announcement: C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\ThirdRails\Data\Serviceannouncements.txt
In case of a Voice the culture of the voice will determine in which file the announcement is saved.
F.i. C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\ThirdRails\Data\Serviceannouncements.en-US.txt
Click the + button to add announcement to file.
Click ... to get help using parameterized announcements.
All Service Announcements are posted on your tag in the radar for 15 seconds.
Announcements can be as long as you want them to be. However on Radar only the first 40 characters will be shown.
